Well, I have made a couple more cards today to add to my growing pile of Christmas cards. I am so pleased with myself. I love working with these colours... usually I am so determined to keep everything traditionally red, gold and green, so this is a real change for me.
This card was my 'take' on the sketch 35 for 2 sketches 4 you, which I really enjoyed making. There are so many lovely cards on this blog, I spent far too much time browsing which is why I have only had time to make two christmas cards!!!!Another of my favourite things to do, as I watch tv usually, is cross stitch. I have just completed a Santa picture that I am so proud of and want to make it into a christmas cushion. I haven't done this before so should be interesting. I am now finishing off 'Christmas Cheer Angel' (Waxing Moon Designs) for an ornament. I always have to make a few each year... my OH just rolls his eyes at me when I start a new one. But then again, I roll my eyes when he's talking about his fishing (yawn!!!)... we all have our 'things', don't we? I will take some photos of my cross stitch tomorrow so that I can post them on here.
Anyway, off to round the children up... at least there is no homework tonight!
