A card and a scrapbook layout!

Hi,
Well, this is what I have been playing with this morning. The inspiration for this card came from Sweet Sketch Wednesday # 101... Great sketch... lovely challenge blog well worth checking out.


The inspiration for the Scrapbook LO came from Sketchy Thursday # 5.5... ... too late to be in this weeks challenge, but what a great sketch... I just had to have a play! The pictures are from the beach in Looe, Cornwall... beautiful place! I had fun with this page... I love the flowers and had the paper in a kit someone sent me in a UKS swap... very pretty! I haven't done the journalling because I couldn't find the right pen to do it in... so I figure that will have to wait until I get one!



Someone has nicked the sun today... glad I am indoors playing with my crafting toys... and have made a lovely chocolate cake for later too. (I'm trying to ignore the ironing today!!!!).

    Hi Kim, I am so glad tha you found our challenge blog. It is great to have you play with us this week. Your card is adorable. I love the glossy shine to your image. Your image is darling. Nice take on the sketch.
    Your scapbook page is really fun too. That is something I need to get back to doing. I have three new books here to fell and the are just sitting on my shelf.
